Who are we looking for?
We are now looking for a brave and engaging Product manager with a solid experience in Product Management who will be responsible for the Customer Service domain within TACDIS DMS Customer Service.
You have an eye for customer experience and understand how digitalization affects the customer journey. It is important that you enjoy a central position in the company and have a good ability to coordinate, influence and inspire people around you. Standing in front of a crowd, either making presentations to stakeholders or leading workshops, is something that gives you energy! You have a very good ability to make the complex understandable and provide key insights that make it clear to everyone what needs to be done.
Your way of working is structured, but you do not mind that not all the processes are in place. This is an opportunity for you to find a way that you believe in and make an improvement! Of course, you have a strong business focus and are confident in your technical skills.
As a Product Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team of seven people and report to the Head of Product Management.
TACDIS DMS is the core system in our product portfolio, and provides comprehensive support for all of the important activities related to sales and customer service in a car dealership
The Product Manager is responsible for product development and budget throughout the products life cycle. This includes overall responsible for product roadmap, well-being and customer value. You will be contributing to the wider product strategy at VCRS with a real opportunity to influence how our product portfolio develops.
To succeed in the role of product manager, you need several years of experience in product management and product development of software product. We also look for relevant academic education or equivalent. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Together with our customers, dealers in automotive retail, we have developed a complete Dealer Management System (DMS), a software suite designed for the car dealer retail business. It is used by over 7,500 users in Sweden, Norway and Japan and is their main system support for sales, after-sales service and customer care. If you have been at a Volvo, Ford or Renault dealer, it was our products the staff used to help you. Right now digitalisation is transforming car retail, we are creating solutions that help automotive retail to meet the demands of tomorrow’s customer.
